BackHotel 4.5, which is achieving conversion improvements of 10% on average in webs, has become a leading tool in the sector and has been awarded for its benefits.
MOBILIS, on the other hand, is a specialized solution for mobile devices that represents an important leap in the management of the direct mobile channel and that stands out for its optimal design, easy usability and high speed. In this line, BackHotel Lite is the pocket edition version of the booking engine, designed especially to meet the needs of independent hotels and small chains.
Currently, the company is focusing on technological projects such as the Guest Experience, whose objective is to improve communication with the client from the moment of the reservation and during his stay at the hotel. With the chatbot, already available in Roiback, the customer can communicate through applications such as WhatsApp with the hotel before, during and after their trip.
Roiback is also introducing new additional features: loyalty modules are key to the hotel`s direct channel and profitability, and voice search responds to the growing demand for voice-controlled mobile devices.

In order to improve the direct sales of the hotels, Roiback is working together with Google for the optimization and correct exploitation by the hotels of Google tools such as Google AdWords and Google Hotel Ads. In this sense, the "Lunch & Networking" took place during Fitur, an event in which attendees could learn more about digital transformation, business opportunities in the digital world and how to boost their brand.
The speeches were delivered by Rebeca González, Managing Director of Roiback; Romain Varchetta, Partner Manager Google France- EMEA Travel leader; and from Pablo Ruiz, Travel Vertical Search Specialist Google EMEA.

Not everything in Fitur was about meetings reunions for Roiback; there was also time for celebrations.
The company was awarded at the Blue Bay Travel Awards 2018 in the category of "Best tool for hotels booking ", for its cutting-edge technology, its easy usability and functionality. The event, held at the Casino de Madrid on January 16, gathered 240 guests from the social, tourism, business and political fields of national and international level.
